A two day workshop on “Enhance your personality”

Vizianagaram, 5 th December 2017: A two day workshop on “Enhance your personality” was inaugurated at satya institute of Technology and Management(SITAM). This two day workshop is being organized in associated with Andhra Pradesh Information Technology Association (APITA), Amaravsthi. Prof R. Govindarajulu, former Registrar of of IIIT, Gachibouli, Hyderabad was the Chief Guest. In his addresses, he advised the students to improve their communication skills, especially spoken English skills. He stressed that the students must refer to online journals and must be updated with latest technological developments like Artificial Intelligence, Robotics etc to enhance their technical and confidence levels. He strongly recommended students to spend atleast one hour every day in the Library.
The resource person for the work shop is Mr. Keneddy Babu, the softskills expert from Andhra Pradesh Information Technology Association (APITA). In his opening remarks he stressed that we all have inbuilt capabilities, which we need to bring out consciously to build up our personality.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Sashibhushana rao, Director, SITAM, stressed that each student must aim to change himself/ herself to a better version of themselves. If each one of us improves then our families, companies, country and the whole world may enhance itself.
Dr. Srinivasa Rao, Principal, presided over the meeting. In his address, he stressed on the importance of personality development for the over all professional development of engineering students. 
 Mr. G T Naidu , Asst. Professor in EEE department co-ordinated the workshop.
Mrs. Sridevi, Asst. Professor in English anchored the program.
Dr. Madhu , Associate professor in Physics, proposed the vote of Thanks.
The Inaugural function was attended by all B Tech, second year students and faculty of all departments.
After the inauguration Mr. Kennady babu, started his first session-“Know yourself”
